Common issues
- Scanner won't connect → Troubleshooting
- Staff can't sign in → Troubleshooting
- Customer's card won't scan → Troubleshooting
- Customer can't find your card to join → check Show on signup page in Sign-up
- Card isn't live on Google Wallet → Put it live on Google Wallet
- Card changes aren't showing → click Save changes, then Sync from Google. See Manage Your Cards
