This guide gets your TapCard loyalty program ready to use. Follow the steps in order, and click a step's number to tick it off as you go. Your progress is saved on this device.

2Access your Merchant Dashboard
- Open the Merchant Dashboard
Go to app.tapcard.pk.

Your card is what customers save to their phone and collect stamps on. In the dashboard, cards are called card templates.
- Open Card templates
In the dashboard menu (☰ on a phone), select Card templates.
- Start a new card
Click New template or the Create a card tile. Prefer a guided setup? Try Card builder (beta) instead.

- Go to the Sign-up step
It's step 5 of 7 in New card template.
- Keep Show on signup page ticked

To change this later, see Sign-up.

- Click Activate on Google Wallet
- Click Sync from Google
The badge changes to Live.

- Open the Scanner App
On the device your staff will scan with, go to scanner.tapcard.pk/setup.

Keep your API key private.
10Staff sign in & start scanning
- Staff sign in
On Staff sign in, staff enter their email or phone and 6-digit PIN, then tap Continue. On a new device they may also need a one-time code sent to their email.
- Scan the customer's card
The customer opens their card in their wallet and staff scan the code. The customer earns a stamp.

11Completing stamps & reward
When a customer collects all their stamps, their reward is ready. Staff give it to them with the same scanning workflow.
